PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, American Express and Delta. Goods will be sent once payment is recieved. The total cost of you order includes the price  of the item(s), and any delivery charges if applicable.

ORDERING INFORMATION

When an order has been placed you will recieve an email receipt of the transaction, confirming your order. 

DELIVERY TIME AND POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES

For our UK based customers. We aim to have all our orders delivered, within 7 working days of  receipt of payment.  

International customers please allow up to 14 working days for delivery after receipt of payment. 

Postage and packaging is now free for both UK and International customers.


CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed. We cannot stop the order from being sent unless it is cancelled the same day. In the case, of the order being sent, you will have to return the item(s) to us once you have received them and you will receive a full refund for the item(s). When goods are being returned the parcel and  its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore, recommend you send them by registered post and retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods are at your own expense.

REFUND AND RETURNS

We will provide a full refund of the item(s) provided the item(s) are returned to us in the same condition they were received with the tags still in tack.

Please return goods within  2 weeks of receiving them. In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged please contact us at lynsey@lagunique.co.uk or write to us at L.A.G Unique, 19 Mcduff street, East Wemyss, Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland, KY1 4QN. When goods are being returned the parcel and  its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore, recommend you send them by registered post and retain proof of postage. The cost of the returned goods are at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
