INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any orders from around the world are more than welcome. Payment is accepted in British Sterling which will be arrange by your local credit card company at no extra cost to yourself. Currencies can be displayed in U.S Dollar, Euros and British Sterling.
DISPATCH TIMES
All products are hand packaged, checked and dispatched with care. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If the products are made to order please allow up to 8 weeks for dispatch after receipt of payment. We cannot resume responsibility for lost or damaged package/products in the post. If your products have been delayed we will do our best to track it. We can only do this on orders placed with recorded or special delivery requirements. We will not reship a lost or damaged package/product. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the post office.
DELIVERY TIMES
We use Royal mail 1st class delivery for most of our orders.
- Deliveries for UK orders normally take about 1-2 working days
- Deliveries For EU orders normally take about 3-5 working days
- Deliveries to rest of the world take about 5-10 working days
We offer free shipment to all uk orders. These orders will come by 2nd class recorded delivery.
We cannot resume responsibility for lost or damaged packages/products.
PLEASE NOTE: Royal mail do not accept requests for packages to be left with neighbours etc.
